Not really.

I have a long term goal of trying to implement the schedulers of IPVS
into netfilter/iptables NAT, but I haven't even got started on this yet.

Also, please note that the level of affinity one can implement in NAT is
quite limited as you only have access to IP data (source ip,port
destination ip,port).
