DNAT load balancing and server affinity

When using the DNAT target, and specifying a range of IP addresses to
provide a round-robin load balance, does iptables provide any type of
server affinity?

For example, if load balancing two web application servers, session data
stored on one server, may not be available on the other server. For this
reason does iptables provide some type of server affinity? If so, what is
this affinity based on? Maybe source IP address, maybe the TCP connection,
etc?

Thanks,
Brett
