how do i put a new Target module into netfilter?

Hi everyone!

I am not a kernel hacker, and i am not familiar with the 2.4.x 
structure... but i have the need to create a module for
an iptables target, is there any doc i can read, for
understanding what i need to do....?

I want to be able to do something like
iptable -A FORWARD -i eth0 -J MYTARGET
