[PATCH] newnat patch

In my earlier posting I summarized all the changes in my newnat patches
compared with newnat-0.91.patch from the cvs:
- the core (i.e ip_conntrack_expect_related) deals with resent packets,
therefore there is no need for ip_conntrack_alloc_expect anymore.
The FTP and H.323 helpers show examples on how the API implemented in
the newnat4 patch can be used. Sorry, I did not refresh the
