ipchains emulation seems to leak memory

Hi!

I can confirm this. I've been using ipchains emulation on several hosts. After a
couple of hours the box got reilly lagged. The load was between 7 and 9 after
6-7 hours of continuous masqueraded traffic on a 2mbit link. The kernel i used
was 2.4.5 vanilla.
