[PATCH] FAQ (Polish Translation)

Hi

On 26 Sep i have sent my Polish FAQ Translation.
The translation still has not been published on the web.
In the CVS neither.

I believe that the cause of this is the fact that it is a bit complicated.
SGMLtools need to have a patched Lang.pm, and then the script I added has
to be run from the Makefile. (I sent Makefile diffs to)

Having in mind all this fuzz i recommend adding a link to the netfilter
mirrors to this URL which contains the translated HTML version:
