Update of /cvsroot/netfilter-ha/ct_sync
In directory coruscant.gnumonks.org:/tmp/cvs-serv29195

Modified Files:
	ct_sync.h ct_sync_main.c ct_sync_proto.c ct_sync_proto.h
Log Message:
- fix NAT crash (info.initialized is sufficient, even if num_manips == 0)
- introduce CTMSG_SIZEOF() macro
- add statistics to start/stop conntrack counters
- unregister notifier if master is degraded to slave
- fix size check for process_delconntrack()
- add missing 'break' in switch -> don't print erroneous 'invalid resource'
- no infinite packet send or packet receive loops, add restriction to 10
  iterations to avoid endless loops in case of flood
- don't send additional recovery requests once we have already requested
  (leading to retransmissions which in turn cause recovery requests)
- fix some stupidity issues with send csb_ring
- fix erroneous send of empty packet after startup of master
- don't overwrite/re-init sent csb's. Do this when advancing backlog
- add ringnum to struct cts_buff in CTSYNC_DEBUG case
