Log Message:
Fix size of receive csb. I don't know why, but only 1024 bytes were
allocated for buffers created by __csb_ring_advance_alloc(), thus causing
corrupted packets (only the first 1024 bytes were received). This seems to
make ct_sync a lot more stable. :)
