<pre>This is absolutely a feature that need to be addressed, and I've addressed this
on the IRC channel and mailing list

Without being able to support intervals in sets, one needs to create an
exponential amount of rules that reference several different sets. The current
functionality of doing an `and` (ex: ip saddr and 255.255.255.0 @some_set) does
*NOT* offer what we need.</pre>
