I can no longer use default rules for default tables after 0.8.3 version. These
commands are no longer work:
nft -f /etc/nftables/ipv4-filter;
nft -f /etc/nftables/ipv4-nat;
With the following output:
internal:0:0-0: Error: Could not open file "/etc/nftables/ipv4-filter": No such
file or directory

These files are no longer installed after the following commit:
http://git.netfilter.org/nftables/commit/?h=v0.8.3&id=6c9230e79339ca4fd662855c84529fa92e962ca5
It is due to files/Makefile.am and files/nftables/Makefile.am were removed.
