I can add more than 28 characters chain, but I cant redirect to this chain. I 
get message about no chain with this name:

[akronOGOREK@:~]#iptables -N aaaaabbbbbcccccdddddeeeeeffff

[akronOGOREK@:~]#iptables -p tcp -A INPUT -j aaaaabbbbbcccccdddddeeeeeffff
iptables: No chain/target/match by that name

[akronOGOREK@:~]#iptables -L aaaaabbbbbcccccdddddeeeeeffff
Chain aaaaabbbbbcccccdddddeeeeeffff (0 references)
