bad hack: additional check and dynamic fix of include

The patch adds a test for the new file (include/linux/netfilter/xt_condition.h)
and if it exists, fix the libip*t_condition.c files to point to the correct
file.
Its very bad... but it works(tm)
Dont know how it would normaly be done.
